Registered participants are entitled to attend all scientific sessions, including symposia, free paper sessions, and the exhibition area, as well as scheduled coffee breaks and lunches. Participation in workshops, instructional courses, lectures, or master classes, if applicable, may require separate registration.

Each registered participant will receive a name badge and a congress kit containing the final program. Residents are required to submit an official letter of reference from their institution in order to register under the resident category and will receive the same entitlements as other participants.

All participants, including Free Paper presenters, are required to register for the meeting. Registration is considered valid only after the organizing committee has received both the completed registration form and the full payment
